Through her work training across Canada and internationally, Elizabeth has developed an expertise designing customized training programs in conflict resolution in both the family and community context. Elizabeth's LL.M. thesis focused on training in the areas of bullying and social emotional learning in a school based environment.
From 2016 to 2018, Elizabeth was part of a team designing and delivering conflict resolution skills to judges, lawyers, community leaders, NGOs and child welfare workers in Grenada, St Kitts-Nevis, Dominca, Barbados and Guyana.
Elizabeth provides corporate workshops in conflict resolution, negotiation theory and skills and understanding power imbalance in the workplace.
